For
the past 50 years, Scarborough Citadel, a community church of
the
Salvation Army, has made its home at the corner of Warden and Lawrence
Avenues in Scarborough.
Neighbourhoods
have evolved, storefronts have come and gone, but our church has
remained as a symbol of hope to all who enter in. Our mission is to be
a transforming influence in this community by sharing the love of God
and meeting people at their point of need.
It
is our hope and prayer that as you explore this site, you will sense a

Are

There
are
thousands of people in our community who are isolated – seniors, young
families, and newcomers to Canada. With this in mind, we

As a
Christian church, we are convinced that peace and contentment in this
life depend on developing a relationship with Jesus Christ.
